Job Description: - Propose real estate to Chinese clients - Accompany viewings - Meetings and loan-related tasks - All work is 100% response-based sales. No cold calling or door-to-door sales. Requirements: - Native-level Chinese - Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1) - Experience in real estate sales - Japanese driver's license - Ability to work full-time Preferred Qualifications: - Real estate transaction specialist (宅建) - Experience in real estate in your home country Working Hours: - 10:00 - 20:00 (2 hours break) - Estimated overtime: 20 hours per month Holidays: - 115 days annually (complete 2-day week system, shift-based) - Year-end and New Year holidays, summer vacation, Golden Week Benefits: - Health insurance, employee pension, employment insurance, worker's compensation - Housing allowance (conditional), commuting allowance, motorcycle commuting allowed - Employee trips three times a year (overseas: Guam, Seoul, Cebu, etc.) - Monthly events
